Louis Prima - Fever

“Fever” fue originalmente escrita por Eddie Cooley y Otis Blackwell (bajo el seudonimo de John Davenport) para Little Willie John en 1956  Artistas como Peggy Lee, Elvis Presley o Madonna  han hecho versiones interesantes. 

A continuación, os dejo la versión del “Rey del Swing” Louis Prima que incluye variaciones considerables en el texto introduciendo una turbulenta historia de amor entre Robin Hood y su mujer Mary-Anne al que se la lleva al “Blue Boy Inn” posiblemente algún local de dudosa reputación en Puerto Rico. Así mismo se acompaña de un solo realizado por su amigo  el saxofonista Sam Butera.
